Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 – Intro
0:01 – 1 chicken breast (~175g / 6 oz)
0:23 – ½ teaspoon salt
0:26 – Black pepper
0:39 – Marinate chicken for 10~15 minutes
0:44 – 4 cloves of garlic (Minced)
1:01 – White button mushroom (~130g / 4~5 oz)
1:15 – Put ½ teaspoon salt into boiling water
1:18 – Broccoli (~130g / 4~5 oz)
1:24 – Cook for 30~45 seconds
1:34 – Olive oil
1:45 – Fry the marinated chicken using low medium heat for 4~5 minutes until slightly golden brown color
2:04 – Saute minced garlic using medium low heat for 30 seconds
2:10 – 1 teaspoon sesame oil
2:13 – 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2:23 – chicken broth ( 1cup / 200ml )
2:36 – once boiled, put in the mushroom
2:47 – Simmer the mushroom for 5~7 minutes using low medium heat until mushroom is soft
2:51 – 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
3:05 – Simmer 1 minute until sauce is thicken
3:13 – Put the fried chicken into the pan
3:24 – Put the cooked broccoli into the pan
3:35 – Saute and simmer for 2 minutes, then it is done !
