How to make aloo paratha. Follow this step by step aloo paratha recipe.

Welcome to Ruchira Ruchkar Recipe.
Today’s Breakfast recipe is delicious aloo paratha.
To prepare dough for aloo paratha
Take 3 cups whear flour or atta. Add Pinch of salt in it
Then add water and knead it nicely
The dough is ready. Rest it for about 10 minutes.

For the stuffing of aloo paratha.
Pressure cook 3-4 potatoes in instapot or pressure cooker. and then peel off the skin and mash the potatoes using a masher or directly by hands.
Add green chilli finely chopped, grated ginger paste, finely chopped coriander, cumin powder 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 1/2 tsp, amchur powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1 tsp and mix the potato stuffing and make sure there are no lumps.

Take the dough and cut small portions from the dough and make round balls. flatten the dough ball
Apply wheat flour and roll a small paratha.
Fill in the aloo stuffing. seal it completely. pinch off the excess dough.
Gently roll the aloo paratha.
Now heat the tawa or griddle.
Place the paratha on the hot griddle
Now turn it over. cook this side on medium flame. spread some butter or ghee on the aloo paratha.
Aloo paratha with yummy stuffing cooked in ghee or butter is ready.
