Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Creamy Vegetable Salad:
-Water as required
-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 3 medium
-Gajar (Carrots) peeled & sliced 1 Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 small
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 300ml
-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Matar (Peas) boiled 1 Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
Creamy Fruit Salad:
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 300ml
-Condensed milk ¼ Cup
-Saib (Apple) cubes 2 medium
-Grapes 1 Cup
-Mixed fruit cocktail strained 300g
-Anaar (Pomegranate) 1 Cup
-Banana thick slices 1 Cup
-Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped

Directions:
Creamy Vegetable Salad:
-In pot,add water,place strainer & bring water to boil.
-Add potatoes & blanch for 4-6 minutes.
-Add carrots & blanch for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cabbage, mix well & blanch for a minute then strain them.
-In chilled water,add blanched vegetables and leave for 2-3 minutes then strain well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,caster sugar,black pepper crushed,salt & whisk well to combine.
-Add blanched vegetables,peas,corn kernels & mix well.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Garnish with mint leaves & serve!
Creamy Fruit Salad:
-In a bowl add cream,condensed milk & whisk well.
-Add apple,grapes,mixed fruit cocktail,pomegranate,banana,almonds & mix well.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Garnish with almonds & serve!
