This tasty masala paneer bhurji recipe includes egg, a good protein source. And its a very good, simple and a healthy breakfast. hot fresh breakfast in a min… Alternate for egg is mixed vegetable. Just chopped and boil the vegetables add it.
Ingredients:
100g paneer
2 eggs
11/2 tsp ghee
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 green chili chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt
coriander leaves
Direction:
Crumble the paneer and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in pan add fennel seed, onion, green chilli and then tomato saute’ for 2 -3 mins
Add the eggs and mix well until it get half cooked.
Add the masala powders.
Then mix altogether.
Add coriander leaves, mix and serve hot.
