3 No Cook Salads | Healthy Salad Recipes | Easy Salad Recipes

Self care is about treating your body with the right nutrition it needs. We tend to overlook this important aspect in our quest for flavorful and tasty food. However, in my opinion, most food that we tend to avoid can be just as tasteful! Therefore, to prove my point I bring to you three fantastic salads that I love to eat from time to time.

Pineapple Cucumber Salad
Dressing:
– Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
– Green Chilli Sauce – 1 teaspoon
– Sugar Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Chilli Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
– Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
– Salt to taste

Other ingredients:
– Diced Pineapple – 1 cup
– Diced Cucumber – 1 cup
– Fresh Coriander – 1 tablespoon
– Mint Leaves – 1 tablespoon
– Some Strawberries to garnish

In a bowl add all the dressing ingredients and mix properly. In another bowl add pineapple, cucumber, coriander, and mint leaves. Season it with the dressing and garnish with some strawberries and serve.

Carrot and Raisin Salad
Dressing:
– Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
– Cooking Cream – 1/2 cup
– Cheese Spread – 1/2 cup
– Pepper Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Sugar Powder – 1 tablespoon
– Salt to taste

Other ingredients:
– Soaked Black Raisins – 1/2 cup
– Grated Carrots – 2 & 1/2 cups

In a big bowl add all the dressing ingredients and give it a mix. Add the carrots and raisins. Mix properly and serve chilled.

Korean Salad
Dressing:
– Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
– Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
– Sugar Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Salt to taste
– Chili Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
– Sesame Powder – 2 teaspoon
– Olive Oil – 2 teaspoon
– Orange Juice – 4 tablespoon

Other ingredients:
– Diced Red Apple – 1/2 cup
– Diced Green Apple – 1/2 cup
– Green Grapes – 1/2 cup
– Wine Grapes – 1/2 cup
– Lettuce – 1 cup

Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. In another bowl add apples, grapes, and lettuce. Add prepared dressing and give the salad a good toss. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
