INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients For Moroccan Cucumber Salad:
2 large English cucumber
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (from 1 medium lemon)
4 Tbsp granulated Sugar to taste (you might use more or less sugar depending to your taste)
1 Tbsp Orange blossom water (optional)
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
Place it in the fridge to cool for at least 2 hours to chill
Ingredients For Moroccan Carrot Salad
3 medium carrots
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp granulated sugar (you might use more or less sugar depending to your taste)
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp orange blossom water (optional)
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
Place it in the fridge to cool for at least 2 hours to chill

NOTES:
1. You can substitute the fresh squeezed orange juice with the store bought orange juice if you do nit have fresh oranges on hand to squeeze.
2. You can add water instead of orange juice for the cucumber salad.
3. you can add more or less juice to your salad depending the consistency you would like.
4. Orange blossom water is optional for both recipes, you might skip it if you can’t find it.
5. Keep the salads in the fridge to cool for at least 2 hours, and serve them cool.
6. If you want to serve them as a juice add more orange juice.
