Pinwheel Spring Rolls

Ingredients for Vegetable Filling:
Oil 1 tbsp
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
K&N’s Pepperoni Slices 588 g (as required)
Roll Patti as required
Prepared filling as required
Flour mixture (flour 1/2 cup + water 1 cup) as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Bread crumbs as required
Beaten eggs as required
Directions for Filling Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add carrot, cabbage, and capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and green onion and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Thaw K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on the pack.
4. Take 2 Roll Patti and place them end to end vertically. Bind them with each other with flour mixture.
5. Add a layer of K&N’s Pepperoni Slices on Roll Patti.
6. Add a layer of prepared filling over K&N’s Pepperoni slices.
7. Add another layer of K&N’s Pepperoni slices on top.
8. Now roll the roll patti from one end to the other making pinwheel shape.
9. Dip the prepared roll in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
10. Fry it on medium flame until crispy and golden brown in color from each side.
11. Your Pinwheel Spring Rolls are ready. Serve them with ketchup and enjoy.

Cooking time: 15 mins
