Easy Caesar Cocktail Recipe – a Canadian classic

Today we’re making an easy caesar cocktail! The caesar, or Bloody Caesar, is the national drink of Canada, so if there was ever a Canadian drink to know, it’s this one. Now I’m not Canadian, and I’ve never tasted this drink – so I’ve asked my friend Jean-Félix, from Truffles On The Rocks, to guide me through his recipe. Similar to the Bloody Mary, but in place of tomato juice we use Clamato juice (tomato and clam juice). Surprisingly, it drinks lighter than its tomato juice counterpart. Definitely give the Caesar a try if you like a savory, spicy cocktail.

Special thank you to Jean-Félix for joining me and offering up his expertise. If you haven’t checked out his channel, do yourself a favor and head over to Truffles On The Rocks – you’ll be glad you did!

Cheers, everyone!
