Today I’ll be sharing a super delicious and quick flatbread recipe!
4g white sugar
1.5g instant yeast
7.5ml olive oil
150g All-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Mix until the ingredients are combined
Knead until the surface is smooth
Add some oil to the bowl
Cover and rise until double size
Move the dough to a work surface
Shape the dough into a ball
Cut the dough into 8 pieces
Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball
Repeat with the other pieces of dough
Cover and rest for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Sprinkle some flour
Flatten out the dough with a rolling pin
The diameter is about 10 cm
Place the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Cover and rise for 30 minutes
Bake for 6 minutes at 482F/250C
The bread inflates in the center!
I will be frying the other two pieces of dough
This recipe can be baked or fried in a pan!
Place the dough in the pan without oil
Flip over when the side is golden brown
Continue to fry
The bread also inflates when fried!
