To Make Paneer Seekh Kebab

Paneer – 200 gms (grated)
Boiled Potato – 1 no. (grated)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala -1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour – 3 tsp
Bread Crumbs – 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp
Oil

Method:

1. Take grated paneer, potato, ginger, garlic, green chili in a large bowl.
2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt, corn flour, bread crumbs, coriander leaves and mix it all well.
3. Knead the dough a bit divide it into small portions.
4. Gently press the dough mixture around the skewer stick as shown in the video.
5. Roll the dough kebab slightly so it becomes even.
6. Prepare all the skewers and keep them aside.
7. Pour a little oil in a pan and gently place the kebabs in it.
8. Keep the flame on medium and keep turning the kebabs so that they are evenly cooked on all sides.
9. Once the kebabs turn golden brown in colour, remove them from the pan.
10. Sprinkle some chaat masala powder and chopped coriander leaves.
11. Paneer Seekh Kebab is ready to be served hot with some mint chutney by the side.
