butter 70 grams (1/3 cup)
cold water 50ml
Custard Filling
skimmed milk 1 1/2 cup ( 200 grams)
sugar 1 cup ( 200 grams)
cornstarch 1 1/2 tbsp ( 30 grams)
egg 2 large ( 100 grams)
yolk 1 large
vanilla powder or extract 1 1/2 tsp
hot water 450 grams or ml
eggwhite 1 large
Baking time 1 to 1/2 hours (depending on your oven.
Oven temperature: 160°c only.
