Mid-Century Old Fashioned
2oz (60ml) Bourbon
1 Sugar Cube
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Half half-Orange Wheels
2 Maraschino Cherries
Splash of Club soda

In the bottom of an old fashioned Glass add 1 cherry 1 half orange wheel sugar and bitters with a splash of soda and muddle carefully. Then add bourbon and ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Garnish with the remaining orange slice and cherry.

Wisconsin Old Fashioned
2oz (60ml) Korbel Brandy
1/2 Orange Wheel
2 Maraschino Cherries
Top Sprite or Squirt

Muddle 2 maraschino cherries (the cheap red ones) and a half slice of orange with a white domino sugar cube and about 6 or 8 dashes of angostura. Add 2 oz of Korbel Brandy (yes Korbel) and fill with normal ice cubes (the kind you get from your fridge ice maker or a hotel ice machine) then top with:
– sprite if they ask for sweet
– squirt if they ask for sour
Or soda water if they want neither sweet or sour. Garnish with a cherry & orange flag.
