Suji 1 cup
Rice flour ¼ cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion diced ½ cup
Capsicum diced ¼ cup
Oregano 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes ½ tbsp
Fried garlic 1 tbsp
Hot water 2 cups.
Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
Potato boiled 2 pcs
Cheese grated ⅓ cup
Heat a pan, add water, salt and boil it.
While water is heating up, heat a pan, add oil, onion diced, capsicum diced, oregano, chilli flakes and saute them.
Then add suji and saute. Cook it for 3-4 mins on medium low flame.
Add fried garlic and saute.
Once it’s cooked, add hot water and continuously stir.
Cook them until the mixture does not stick to the pan.
Then add schezwan sauce and mix it.
Later add grated cheese, grated boiled potato, rice flour and fold it in the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a tray and make flat even.
Cut it into a rectangular shape and set aside.
Heat a flat pan, add oil, and place the pieces.
Cook it from one side and flip, grate some cheese and cook until it metals.
Flip it and again grate cheese on top. Cook until the cheese melts.
Easy suji breakfast is ready to serve.
