This is a keto/paleo/low carb version of popular indian dish Poori. Very easy & delicious recipe for keto lovers who missed this wonderful dish before. Good for weight loss. This dish is rich in vitamins & minerals. Taste mimics as the same poori made by wheat. Definitely do try the recipe viewers. You will love it. This amount of batter yeilds 20 poori.

Ingredients:
1. Coconut flour 200 gm
2. Watermelon seed powder 200 gm
3. Xanthan gum 1 tbsp
4. Salt 1 tsp
5. Ghee 2 tsp
6. Coconut oil for frying
7. Warm water
