GLUTEN FREE SOURDOUGH BAGEL RECIPE | NO XANTHAM GUM | BAGEL SANDWICH

Gluten Free Sourdough Bagels are really delicious and a great and healthy option for people who eat gluten-free and vegan. You can make a lot and store them in the freezer and when you need it, you can take it out of the freezer and consume it. When you heat it in a toast machine, it looks like it just came out of the oven. You can make great bagel sandwiches with different ingredients. Let’s get started!

Ingredients List:
Brown Rice Flour 250g
Sorghum Flour 150g
Tapioca Starch 50g
Arrowroot Starch 50g
Psyllium Husk 40g
Water 750g
Salt 10g
Sugar 5g
Sourdough Levain 100g

SOURDOUGH LEVAIN:
Mature Sourdough Starter 30g
Sorghum Flour 15g
Millet Flour 20g
Water 35g
