β’ π§ Ghee β 125g (a little over 1/2 cup)
β’ π¬ Powdered Sugar β 125g (3/4 cup)
β’ π§ Salt β a pinch
β’ πΏ Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) β 1/2 tsp
β’ π§ Baking Powder β 1 tsp
β’ πΎ Refined Flour (Maida) β 1 cup (125g)
β’ πΏ Chickpea Flour (Besan) β 2 tbsp (15g)
β’ πΎ Semolina (Suji) β 2 tbsp (15g)
β’ π’ Pistachios β 5β6, grated for garnish
π Method:
1. In a bowl, mix 125g ghee and 125g powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well.
3. Add 1 cup maida, 2 tbsp besan, and 2 tbsp suji. Combine to form a soft dough.
4. Take small portions of dough, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and press grated pistachios on top.
5. Bake Options:
