Paleo Rava dosa: (a crispy dosa)

Is it possible to make a crispy rava dosa in without any grains? Yes here it is…

Pure veg… Pure Veg … Pure Veg… only 5 ingredients.
I had tried many times to get a crispy vegetarian dosa. Many people requested me for a vegetarian dosa.

I used the ingredient for 2 dosas only. Double the quantity to make 4 dosas which is enough for a meal.

It was awesome with coconut chutney, tomato chutney and paleo sambar.

100g paneer
1 Tbsp thick curd
1 tsp cumin seed
Chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves


Combine paneer and curd in a blender with a Tbsp of water and blend until you get a smooth paste.
It should be like a dosa batter consistency.
Heat a dosa pan over low to medium heat.
Start pouring the batter from the outer layer and fill up the inside area.
Don’t spread it using the spoon.
Be patient for a while, it will start turning into golden brown.
Once you see the nice golden brown then off the heat and slowly remove.
After few seconds it will become crispy.
Serve with paleo sambar, chutney.
