First made popular in a New Orleans bar, Pat O’Briens, back in the 1940s. The drink was named after the glasses that the first drinks were served in (still known as the hurricane glass).
INGREDIENTS
– 60mL Jamaican Rum
– 60mL White Rum
– 30mL Fresh Orange Juice
– 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
– 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
– 15mL Grenadine
– Passionfruit Syrup
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & strain over ice into a hurricane glass
3.Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry
