CUBAN SLIDERS:
-INGREDIENTS-
Leftover Cuban pork
3 slices Swiss cheese
Mustard
Thinly sliced Black Forest ham (about 8-10 slices)
King Hawaiian rolls
Garlic
2 tbs Butter
Parsley
-DIRECTIONS-
Cut rolls in half and place in a baking dish
Layer on mustard, cheese, pork, and ham.
Add tops to buns
Melt together garlic, butter, and parsley
Brush on tops of rolls
Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins
BBQ PORK NACHOS
-ingredients-
Leftover pork
BBQ
Tortilla chips
Cheese (I used pepper jack and cheddar)
Toppings of your choice (I used jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, lime, cilantro)
For sour cream sauce: sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, bbq sauce.
-directions-
Mix bbq sauce with leftover pork
Layer all ingredients and bake until cheese melts
Top with fave toppings
MEATBALLS:
-ingredients-
2.25 lb ground beef
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1-2 tablespoons each: garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper + a pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 medium yellow onion minced
-directions-
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
Roll into balls
Sear outsides of meatballs in a hot pan of olive oil and add to a crock pot of sauce.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
