What I Eat in a Day on Paleo Low Carb – Don’t get me wrong I love carbs but on days where I am a bit more sedentary, I typically eat a low-carb paleo diet which is close to a keto diet. It’s important to still consume enough food when minimizing your carbs so I up my healthy fats a little bit to ensure I still have enough energy and brainpower.
