Cinnamon stick – 1
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 3
Dry chilli – 5 to 6
Fenugreek
Grated coconut – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Peanuts – 2 tbl spoon
Onion – half
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of amla size
Salt
