Ingredients
Overnight soaked & cooked chana – 100 grams
Cooked rice – 200 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Few mint leaves
Few coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Chat masala – ¼ teaspoon (optional)
