INGREDIENTS
– 60mL Rye Whiskey
– 30mL Grapefruit Juice
– 7.5mL Raspberry Syrup
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit

In the video below I used ruby red grapefruit juice which is typically sweeter than plain grapefruit juice – this worked in my favour as the drink did need an increase of the sweet component. Adjust the amount of raspberry syrup depending on the strength and sweetness of your syrup.
