This coconut rotti can be made easily by anyone in srilanka. And also this is the first time of releasing keto coconut rotti recipe to the youtube. Earlier no one has made this keto coconut rotti. This is my original SWLG product.

Ingredients :

1 Egg (medium size)
Desiccated coconut 4tbsp (60g)
Soy milk 4tbsp (60ml)
Shredded cheese 30g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Macronutrients : 605 kcal / 6.7g carbs
