Paleo Porridge
1/4 cup almond flour.
1 tbsp ground flax.
1 tbsp nut butter.
1/4 tsp vanilla.
1/2 cup almond milk.

Breakfast tacos
– unbun taco shells
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 eggs
– 3/4 cup mushrooms
– 1 cup broccoli
Roast 400F 25 minutes

Shepherds pie

– 1 lb grass fed beef
– 3/4 cup mushrooms
– 1 cup shredded brussel sprouts
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup bone broth
– 3 tbsp tomato paste
– salt and pepper to taste

mash topping:
2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup butternut squash
800g cauliflower

bake at 400F 25 minutes
