This is a cocktail that we’ve enjoyed a few of; poolside in Mexico while sitting on the beach alongside the Caribbean Sea. It’s a simple tequila cocktail with vermouth and orange bitters.
Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
½ oz dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Barspoon of Jalapeño pickle juice
Method:
Build in a glass with a big cube.
Garnish with a pickled Jalapeño.
