பட்டர் ப்ரான் மசாலா
Very tasty prawn gravy, butter prawn masala…
Ingredients:
Marination:
1 kg prawn
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 turmeric powder
Salt

1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 inch cinnamon
5-6 cloves
3-4 green chilli
2 onion vertically sliced
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 big tomato chopped
11/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
12/ tsp garam masala powder
2-21/2 Tbsp thick curd
Salt
Direction:
Marinate the prawn for 1 hr.
Heat butter over medium heat and. Fennel, cinnamon and cloves.
Add green chillies , onion , saute till it turns to brown color.
Add ginger garlic paste and tomato, saute.
Add the masala powders and stir.
Add the marinated prawn and stir, cover the pan for 4-5 mins.
Add curd into the pan and , mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
