Sweet Caroline | Summer cocktail recipe with Vodka or Gin

The Sweet Caroline is amazing with either vodka or gin – whatever your preference. It’s the perfect summer cocktail. Don’t be scared of the small amount of beet included in this recipe. It’s not overpowering and adds a unique flavor to this delicious drink. Recipe below. Cheers!

WHAT YOU NEED (PER COCKTAIL):
1.5 oz Vodka or Gin
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Strawberry-Beet Puree
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Lemon wedge and pepper to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and Strawberry-Beet Puree to a shaker
Add ice and shake it baby!
Pour into glasses from shaker
Garnish with lemon wedge and crushed pepper
Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY-BEET PUREE INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend approximately 7 strawberries and a small wedge of beet (or beet powder) with 1 oz water OR use Strawberry Daiquiri mix.
