This soju cocktail recipe made with persimmons is perfect as Holiday Cocktails | Thanksgiving Cocktails | Christmas Cocktails Recipe! It is festive looking with gorgeous orange color. And the natural sweet juices of the persimmons makes this soju cocktail oh-so-delightful. And guess what??? Soju is far less in alcohol content (15%) compared to Vodka, Gin, and other distilled spirits, but it still does the trick and will leave you feeling “good and happy.” Soju is typically enjoyed neat, but because of the smooth and clean after taste, it is great for making cocktails.
