Cashew Nuts – 6 to 7
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Onions(slitted) – 1 medium size
Green Chillies(slitted) – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes(chopped) – 3 medium size
Basmathi Rice – 2 cups

Paneer Rice:
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli(slitted) – 3
Red Chilli – 3
Cinnamon Stick – 1/2 inch
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Onion(chopped) – 1 medium size
Carrot(chopped) – 1/4 cup
Beans(chopped) – 4 to 5
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3/4
Boiled Grean Peas – 1/4 cup
Paneer Cubes – 100 gms
Basmathi Rice – 2 cups
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp

Capsicum Rice:
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chillies – 3
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Cooking Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida Powder – 1 pinch
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Grated Mango – 1 cup

Cabbage Rice:
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 3/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 3/4 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Pea Nuts – 2 tbsp
Onions(chopped) – 1 medium size
