Jack Frosty Cocktail Recipe – 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails [Day 4]

Day 4 of our 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails we create a really cool Cocktail that is sure to wow your friends at your holiday party. It’s the Jack Frosty, and it can be made as a shooter, like we did, or a frozen treat that’s blended with ice!

Ingredients:
2oz Vodka
1oz blue curacao
1oz lemonade
ice
1oz champagne

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice is incorporated. This will produce the frosted version. You’ll lose the carbonation of the champagne this way, but it looks amazing. Otherwise, mix the vodka, blue curacao, and lemonade in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass.

Be sure to use a lemon wedge and sugar to make a really cool rim for garnish.
