CUCUMBER COOLER COCKTAIL || Easy gin cucumber cocktail recipe!

Is there anything better than a refreshing cocktail with cucumber for the summertime? Answer: no! This simple recipe with cucumber, gin, club soda, simple syrup and lemon juice is a recipe that you can enjoy at home anytime. Recipe below. Cheers!

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 Slices of English Cucumber
Salt and cucumber strip garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and cucumber to a shaker
Muddle all ingredients
Add ice and shake

Add cucumber strip to separate glass as garnish
Add ice and double strain shaker into glass
Top with club soda

Finish with a pinch of salt and enjoy!
