– 1/4tbsp Black Pepper Powder
(For Frankie Chapati)
– 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
– 3/4 cup Maida Flour
– Salt to taste
– 1tbsp Oil
– Add Water as Needed
(For Frankie Stuffing)
– 2tbsp Oil
– 1tbsp Crushed Garlic
– 1tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
– 2tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chilli
– 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 3-4 Medium Size Potatoes Mashed With Hand
– 2tsp Frankie Masala
– Salt to taste
– Sprinkle Coriander Leaves
(For Citric Acid)
– 1/4 cup Vinegar
– 2tbsp Sliced Green Chilli
– 1/4tsp Salt
