Carrot Cake Pancakes ingredients:
200g whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup shredded carrot
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts
250ml Oat milk
1 Egg
Optional: top with Greek yoghurt and dark chocolate chunks

Clean McCrumpet ingredients:
2 crumpets (hollowed out)
¼ cup baked beans
Large mushrooms
1 medium egg

Chia Seed Dark Chocolate Mousse with Homemade Muesli ingredients:
2 cups low fat coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup agave nectar (you can use honey or golden syrup if you don’t have this)
¼ cup cacao nibs
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave nectar
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1 heaped tsp ground sweet cinnamon
