550 calories 70g protein 11g fat 54g carbs makes 6 meals

1 yellow onion
2 Ibs lean 96-4 ground beef
3 tablespoons tomato paste
28.5 ounces protein bone broth
2 boxes of Banza elbow pasta
2 cups shredded fat free cheese

Seasoning
On the onion salt, pepper, garlic

On the beef
Chili powder, garlic powder, and some paprika
