SPICY FIFTY
– 50ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
– 15ml Elderflower Cordial
– 20ml Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
– 10ml Honey Syrup (or 1 bar spoon honey)
– 2 thin slices of red chilli
Muddle the chilli on bottom of your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice-double strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with full red chilli.
