Ingredients for the dough:
milk – 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
sugar -10 g (0.35 oz)
salt -8 g (0.29 oz)
dry yeast -5 g (0.18 oz)
vegetable oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
natural yogurt – 80 g (2.82 oz)
flour – 350 g (12.35 oz)
Ingredients for the filling:
tomato paste – 50 g (1.76 oz)
oil -15 ml (1 tbsp)
thyme – 1.5 g (0.05 oz)
egg white -1 piece
cow cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
cherry tomatoes – 80 g (2.82 oz)
green pepper – 20 g (0.7 oz)
mozzarella – 50 g (1.76 oz)
yolk – 1 piece
