And I have included no bake healthy desserts too. These are easy healthy desserts you can make and are paleo recipes too! Enjoy.

Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars
crust:
– 1 cup almond four
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 2 tbsp maple syrup

Filling:
– 1 1/4 cup pecans
– 1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 3 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1 tbsp tapioca flour
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 egg
– 1/3 cup maple syrup

Peppermint brownies
– 3 bananas
– 1/2 cup nut butter
– 1/2 cup cacao
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp peppermint extract (not recorded video stopped)
350F 17-20 mins
top with white chocolate chips and natural candy canes if desired.

Puppy Chow
– 2 cups coconut flakes or grain free cereal
– 1/2 cup nut butter
– 2/3 cup chocolate chips
– 1 tbsp coconut oil

dusting:
– 1/4 cup coconut sugar
– 2 tsp tapioca flour
