In this video I share 3 healthy recipes for dinner, one of which is a vegan dinner recipe. Salmon Bowl
– 1 piece salmon
– 1 1/2 cups cauliflower rice
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
– juice 1/2 lemon
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes

Stir Fry
– 2 chicken thighs
– 1 tbsp coconut aminos (for marinade)
– 1/2 cup mushrooms
– 1 1/2 cup broccoli
– 1/2 tsp tapioca starch with 1 tsp water
– 1 tsp coconut aminos (add after)

Garlic Pasta
– 1 serving lentil pasta
– 2 cloves garlic
– 3 tbsp pasta water
– 1/4 cup vegan parm
