I DON’T buy PASTRY DOUGH. I cook it at HOME and I’m baking it with CHOCOLATE!

Ingredients:
flour – 300 g (10.6 oz)
warm milk – 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
yeast – 4 g (0.14 oz)
sugar – 40 g (1.4 oz)
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
condensed milk – 20 g (0.7 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
IN THE FRIDGE 30 minutes
butter – 120 g (4.23 oz)
Repeat the folding procedure 4 times
IN THE FRIDGE 30 minutes
chocolate – 80 g (2.82 oz)
TO RAISE 1 H in the tray
Tray size 10 x 24 cm (4 x 9.45 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/45 minutes
