Welcome to my new series here on this channel of Shabbat Dips and Salads! Of course these can be done anytime of the week. For those of us who constantly are stumped on what to make for Shabbat, I hope this series provides you with some inspiration.
Recipes:
😋Roasted Peppers Salads:
On broil roast peppers on each side sprinkled with salt, pepper and oil until charred.
Peel off the charred layer and season with S/P, Oil, sliced garlic and vinegar. Add in cilantro or parsley.
😋Tabouli Salad:
To prepared quinoa add in chopped 1 cucumber and tomatoes. Add parsley, scallions and dill. Squeeze a whole lemon. Season with S/P.
😋Chickpea Salad:
To 1 can of chickpeas and 1 whole lemon squeezed, cilantro, S/P, and avocado oil.
😋Hearts of Palm Salad:
1 can of hearts of palm
1 can of corn
String beans
Cherry tomatoes
For the dressing:
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 tsp mustard
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
😋Deviled Eggs:
Carve out the yolk of each egg.
To yolk add 2 tbsp mayo, S/P, 1 garlic clove, dill.
