Ingredients for quinoa:
1 cup (200g) quinoa
2 cups (450ml) water
¼ tsp salt
½ red onion
½ cucumber
1 avocado
200g cherry tomatoes
parsley

Ingredients for the dressing:
2 lemons
½ tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
5 tbsps olive oil
