Ingredients for Turkish Borek Pastry Home style:
For the dough:
2/3 cup each yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp salt, baking powder
2 tbsp grape vinegar
about 4-5 cups all-purpose flour
to roll out the dough about 2 cups corn or wheat starch
for buttering
90 gr. butter 30 gr. vegetable oil
For the leek filling:
1 kg. leek
1 big onion
5-6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp red pepper or tomato paste
