The Dominicana was created around 2011 by Sasha Petraske, the late founder of the famous New York bar Milk & Honey.

– 1.5 oz / 45 ml aged Dominican rum
– 1.5 oz / 45 ml coffee liqueur
– 1.5 oz / 45 ml heavy cream
