**Please note I use almost all organic ingredients*
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 homemade paleo pancakes (here’s the link to the mix I used…https://amzn.to/3XRn8CN)
2-3 dollops of coconut yogurt (I like cocoyo or cocojune)
1 cup of blueberries mixed with 1/4 cup of water
*optional….a light drizzle of maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Start out by adding your blueberries and water to a saucepan on high. Let it boil over for about 5 minutes until it looks like blueberry sauce.
2.) Now, make your pancakes while your sauce is forming.
3.) Assemble the pancakes with a dollop of coconut yogurt and top with your blueberry sauce. I also added a light drizzle of maple syrup to mine!
