We use our farm-fresh homestead eggs for several healthy momma breakfasts. The kids easy bake cookies from discount dough from Sharp Shopper. We shop at the grocery store in my basement for grass-fed beef roasts that we use for an easy slow cooker dinner. One night while I’m gone the kids make homemade big-batch pizza bagels for dinner. And another night when momma is also too tired to cook, the kids cook a huge big batch breakfast for dinner for the whole family. We prep and cook sheet pan roasted potatoes, sheet pan zucchini, and butternut squash, grill grass-fed steak, and bake chicken tenders. Together we also do a momma meal prep where we use the vegetables that are left in the fridge to meal prep 10 frugal jar salads using what we have on hand. We make homemade tomato soup using our home-canned tomatoes and our home-canned beef bone broth. We also prep hard-boiled eggs, slice lemons, and meal prep on a budget for my work trip meals!
