Chopped onion – 4 nos
Fennel seeds -1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp(optional)
Maida flour – 3/4 cup to 1 cup
Ginger 1 medium
Green chilli – 2 nos
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
