Recipe :
Take 1 cup soya chunks in a bowl.
Wash the soya chunks.
Take Soya chunks, 1 tomato, some ginger, 7-8 garlic cloves, green chilies, half onion & curry leaves.
Add 2 cup of water, 1 tsp salt & let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
Take out soya chunks, a couple of garlic cloves and chilies in a bowl.
Peel the tomato and take out all remaining ingredients in a blender jar.
Add 1 tea spoon red chili powder, salt as per taste and grind it.
Grind the soya chunks
Add 1 cup semolina and 1 cup curd and blend it.
Add 1/2 cup chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, grated ginger, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder.
Add 1 tsp cumin powder, and salt as per taste and mix it well.
for Tadka add 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida,chopped curry leaves,mustard seeds, 1 dry red chili & mix with chutney.
In soya batter add 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp eno, 1 tbsp water and mix it well.
in a heated pan add 1 tsp cooking oil, and white sesame seeds.
Add batter and cook it till it becomes golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
