– Potato : 150 gms
– Cooking Oil : 400-500 ml
– Garlic : 1/2 tsp (Finely chopped)
– Green Chilies : 2-3 nos. (Finely chopped)
– Cumin : 1/2 tsp
– Curry Leaves : 1 spring or to taste
– Water : 2 cups (Double of semolina quantity)
– Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
– White Sesame : 2 tsp
– Salt : 1/2 tsp or to taste
– Coriander Leaves : Handful (Finely chopped)
– Semolina (Suji / Rava) : 1 cup
