Dom recently got a new job, so I thought I’d surprise him with a week’s worth of his favorite dishes. On Monday, I made Honey Garlic Chicken which took less than 20 minutes; on Tuesday, I made my go-to Beef Gyudon topped with a poached egg; on Wednesday, I made Creamy Mushroom Udon with Crispy Chicken Bites; and on Thursday, I made his favorite Sticky Pork Belly with Green Beans.
